Looking Beyond the Surface
Over the years, I began to realize my work was never only about hair and skin.
Behind the chair, conversations often opened into something deeper: stress, energy, food, habits, and the ways people were trying to feel better but did not always know where to begin.
Those conversations led me to look deeper into wellness and continue my education through NASM, becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
Drawing from decades in beauty and wellness, I help clients look at the bigger picture, understand the role foundational habits play in how they feel, and make supportive changes in a way that feels realistic and approachable.
My goal is to help people create greater awareness around the everyday choices that may be influencing how they feel, while building simple foundations that support long-term wellness.
